Down to only about 6 sec, but within a month it was back up around 20 sec. Sometimes it's a bit shorter, sometimes a bit longer. I haven't tried to figger out why it's which. Just make sure you get around putting all clean fluid in there at some point. I don't know how likely it is that the old & new will mix, or how long it might take, but I think it's the crud below the level of the tank that hurts your brake system the most. You can get one of two different vacuum pumps with one-man brake bleeding attachments at Sears for $40-$50. Then you can make sure you're flushing out all the crap instead of just trying to dilute it. (I know, not what you wanted to hear, right?)
