You may be able to get a repalcement from a local automotive shop that handles Aeroquip or Dayco, Gates or Parker. These hoses usually have either a fabric or steel braid built-in to the wall, and use crimp-on fittings. If you use regular hose and clamps, you are asking for trouble, like bursting or leaking.
Next warning, if you get one custom made at an automotive hose shop, it will cost much more than buying a pre-made hose from one of the sponsors. Maybe even more than from a Saab dealer.
