wheel. This looks like where it is loose. A star head screew was loose and I tightened it up. It helped but there appears to be an upper one that I can't get at--the upper half piece of trim appears to be part of the whole dashboard. Would removing the steering wheel help? I can see where removing the knee bolster would be useful--maybe I'll try that next.
