I've learned that after scrapping cars, I never need the stuff I pulled off. I just need the parts that I left on, but only after scrapping the car. I would yank all the stuff you mentioned, plus the following:
doors
glass (exc. windshield and rear glass)
bumpers (always nice to have in case you get rear-ended, or you rear end someone)
headlight assemblys (I've already bought 2 for my cars)
tailight assemblys
brake calipers
Fuel Injection ECU and AMM
Fuel pump and fuel level sender
Headliner (Most saabs I've owned the headliner resembles a Sultan's tent, but worse, the shell underneath is cracked)
Front grill (these always break, and are really expensive to replace)
Exhaust components (if they're good. Especially the cat. converter - BIG $$$ to replace)
