Did I kill 1993 Turbo?

Good evening!
Had a an accident in Boston last weekend which knocked the lights and grill in (weird angle, I guess) on my 1993 900 T (143,060 miles) but no frame damage. Given other car was fine and mine looked passable I drove it afterwards. Noticed approximately 35-40 minutes later that temp gauge was at high end and immediately shut car down. Wouldn't restart...apparently leaking anti-freeze which must mean I mucked up the radiator. Had it towed and awaiting mechanic's opinion. In the board's collective wisdom, have I killed car? How long could the engine run at high heat (very cold last Sunday) without destroying engine and/or turbo? If anyone has any experience with prolonged (like I said 35-40 minutes) exposure to heat for engine, would you please share it with me? I am extremely anxious to know if I am in for cosmetic front end repairs or a new ride.
Thanks,
Bill
