I'd stick with the frozen fuel line.
When you said it gets up to 10, did you mean F or C? If it's F, frozen is frozen. Water accumulates in the fuel line and will freeze, and only getting the fuel line up over 32F will fix the problem.
If you mean 10C, then the whole fuel system has to get up over freezing.
I recommend a bottle of gas line anti-freeze - basically, some methanol. Pour it in and let it sit for an hour or so. Try starting the car. If that doesn't do it, wait some more.
Of course, it wouldn't hurt to pull a spark plug or two after it doesn't start to see if the plug is fuel-wet or not. If there's no fuel on the plug, assume a fuel problem.
One other assumption - you do hear the fuel pump run, don't you?
