91T with ABS problem or bad rear caliper???

All,
My 91T twists fairly severely during "panic braking", as the drivers rear side tends to twist out to the drivers side (rear moving leftward). I also have noticed that my parking brake is barely activated on the same rear caliper.
Perhaps related, the other morning I stood on the brakes when an unexpected car crossed in front. It seemed like it took forever to stop, and I would almost swear one or more wheels were locked!
I've ordered a rebuilt caliper for the drivers rear, but I am now starting to wonder about the ABS system. I know the front has sensors on the CV's. How about the rear? Also I see no fuse in the main panel, but Bentley shows an ABS controller somewhere...
Anyone with similar experience, & advise on the ABS system? FWIW, my 2 other cars (both 90's with ABS) stop amazingly well & straight without locking, but not this 91T.
TIA,
DET
