Change oil to synthetic that won't sludge (although some may argue that will kill the seals). A battery warmer, (not a blanket) will get car battery up to a point where it is putting out better CCA. Read the battery manual, and it will tell you about how CCA drops significantly in cold, so that 655 is not a true number.

AT low temp, a 655 CCA battery can fall below 200 amps. Cold slows exothermic chemical reactions, and batteries are just exothermic chemical reactions. How cold is it by you?

It goes down to -40 here, so I also use a Saab block heater. Makes starting a dream.
