Generally, the side that has the load on it will make sound if bad. If youre turning right, then probably the left wheel bearing. I've read that the front left wheel bearing on these cars fail more quickly than the other three because they dont handle the lateral force of interstate on and off ramps very well, which are usually right hand turns. A lot of weight going on that wheel, especially if you drive spiritedly.
If it is a rear wheel bearing you are worried about, they are *much* easier to replace, about 15 minutes for each side. Its a sealed hub (they are more expensive though). If you change the wrong rear wheel bearing, you can just swap the new one over to the other side of the car. No big deal.
