Theres some many dishonest people who try to cheat a company. You dont know when to believe a new client compared to the next. So how to fix the problem for the honest people out there? You tell me. The place I work at has Twice seen people bring back T.V's to new associates at Customer Service with the Box completely Taped up as factory tape and get their money back. When you open the box, inside was a Rock wrapped in the Foam the TV came in and wrapped in TOns of Packing Papaer!! Some people are So Brazing!! Yes I admit the associate should have looked in the box upon credit, but Its sick to think you have to do these type of things theses days to see if someone is telling the truth or not. Another instance was when Someone was bringing back a Nintendo Game Cube saying that the Cd player didnt work in it and that they bought it last week and do not have the reciept. But we were able to catch this one. The Nintendos serial codes are loged into a system, and we were able to say, Maam, this nintendo was purchased 2 months ago at Best Buy on I-35 in Texas. ANd the the customer goes , Oh. and takes their stuff and walks off. To have got that item "within a week" , She must of had a Long Work Week!

Who can you trust? Im not calling you the villian here becuase my first encounter was not impressive and I got stuck with the lemon too.
