connector pin show ground with ignition on - test details somewhere in Bentley Fuel Injection section (harness pin ultimately grounds thru the ECU)?
One thing that stands out, is surging appears only with warm/hot engine? i.e. good starting, idle, acceleration, & steady cruise w/coldish engine?
It appears multimeter testing of O2 sensor is only a moderate guide - it is not definitive. Have heard oscilloscope is pretty definitive. As already suggested, replace O2 sensor, esp if old
Oscilloscopes are also being used for more definitive test of fuel pump. Have never seen a published spec for proper fuel pump current draw - maybe exists somewhere or someone knows - to be tested with multimeter
Injector o-rings leaks can also be carefully tested for w/propane & cool running engine
Taken intake manifold vacuum readings?
Wrt to cleaning/checking grounds, also include both G7 grnds near engine lift lug / AIC / NTC sensor area, & G12 LF fender
Checked ignition coil?
Similar and proper color/temp wrt all 4 spark plugs?
Tough type of problem to dx...
