A pressure bleeder is best, because you don't have to worry about sucking air around the bleeder nipple threads. I have the EZ bleed that runs off tire pressure and I would not recommend it...pressure too high unless you partially deflate tire. Pressure bleeders that you can pump up are better, not sure which eeuroparts sells.
When you bleed, suction out the fluid from the resevoir first(here's were a mity-vac helps, but a kitchen baster works, too.) and then pour in fresh fluid. Figure on a pint at each wheel so that clear fluid comes out. Spray the caliper bleeder nipples with PBBlaster or Gibbs or liquid Wrench the night before you plan to bleed. If you snap off a bleeder screw, time for a new caliper(technically you could try to remove the remaining valve part, but good luck). If you have a manual trans, pressure bleed the clutch at the same time from shared resevoir(bleed valve is at nipple on slave cyl). Bentley helps, missing some detail, but definately get one.
