The '84 specs may be for 185/65R15 while the '92 is for 195/60R15; that's what I recall from our '85 vs. '90 manuals IIRC.
For 195/60 local aggressive driving, just me in car, I use F33psi R35psi. For long interstate jounts (greater load & desire improv mileage) I use +1psi-ish. This will vary a little depending on tire model's sidewall stiffness. Basically am using min press that, by feel alone, gets the 'squirminess' out of a hard-driven tire - not very scientific, lol :o) No tread deform over two sets of 195/60.
