If you get vibration only under acceleration, the driver is cupped and needs to be replaced. If it's not vibrating yet, just repack the driver with high temp grease, I have had good luck with valvoline synthetic, but any extreme temp bearing grease will work better than OEM or CV joint grease. The pass side joint gets cooked from exhaust heat and the grease will melt and run out unless you have a good seal. Maybe treat yourself to fresh hose clamps.
I had to replace the check valve on my 90 900t when the new walbro pump did not have the internal valve. I can't remember which fitting is supply, but you might stick a piece of scrap vacuum hose into each port on the top of the pump and run the end to a catch jar and run the pump very briefly. Obviously, the supply side will squirt fuel. If you don't want to do that take the ring off to get a look at the pump.
BTW, even if you have a tubing vise of some sort, forcing the new valve into the hard fuel line is difficult. Once you figure out the supply line, I would cut the old elbow at the base to leave a piece of nipple in the fuel line. Then get some high pressure fuel hose to jump from the old hose to the new check valve nipple. You can fasten this with hose clamps and because you left a piece of nipple in the fuel line, you will have something to clamp against without cracking the fuel line.
