You'll need some long 3/8" extension's and 13mm and 12mm sockets for those to get the lower oil supply tube off. You'll also need some larger like 19mm or 17mm, cant remember, wrenches for undoing the turbo. What year is your car? The turbo I swapped was on the oil cooled type, circa 1987 and back. You may have one of the "newer" style ones which is water cooled but I don't think they are that different.

As for loading it with oil before hand, I didn't do that myself. It might be a good idea though. My turbo worked and still works great w/o priming it with oil.

I'm in Fairfax, so if you need help I may be able to help on the weekends if you really get stuck.
