The trick to any stuck or frozen bolt is patience. Or to be exact, patience and chemicals.
Find yourself a can of a good penetrating oil. Liquid Wrench is popular, but many folks have their own favorite brands - usually the harder to get, the better. What counts is getting some and spraying the base of the plug. The nice well-like construction of the head will hold it in nicely.
Spray the plug before you go to bed. Spray it again in the morning. Yes, it will stink like crazy on the drive to work. Let the engine cool just a little, then spray it again at work. Spray it when you get home.
Basically, you want to hit it with spray 3-4 times a day at various engine temps. Do this for 2-3 days. Longer is better - remember patience. Then get at Good six-point socket on the plug and try and loosen it. DO NOT FORCE it - just the 'usual' amount of force. If it comes, great. If not, actually tighten the plug ever so slightly - very little force. Spray the plug per usual, and try again the next day.
It may take a week or 10 days of this, driving around in a car stinking of burning penetrating oil, and being able to pull the spark plug cover faster than a NASCAR pit crew. But one time that plug will just come out. If you rush it, you risk damaging the head.
Patience and chemicals.
If this doesn't work, the only remaining choice is to use ultimate force. You might get lucky. But chances are the threads in the head will be damaged. A good shop might be able to clean the threads up with the head in place. After all, you don't want shavings dropping into the cylinder - tricky work. Otherwise, the head may need to be removed.
For that kind of $$, as long as the plug keeps sparking, I'd pay for a few cans of Liquid Loosen and the ritual of spraying.
Good luck!
