Saab 1989 900 turbo electrical problems

I just bought a 1989 900 turbo and the car runs great except for the electrical in the car. The interior lights don't work. The windows and the turn signals go on a off, sometimes they work and then they don't. One thing that I noticed is that when I tried to put on the turn signal I heard a faint horn sound, it was like that also with the windshield wipers. The radio cuts in and out, sometimes it will turn on with the car, and then the antenna will go down by itself. I think that I might have a problem with a ground wire, but I don't know. Just need a little assistance. Thank you
