Probably off a tooth on the steering rack spindle. Since you have a 90 with an airbag, there are two issues to consider. First you want to have the airbag wire spool centered in the steering column under the airbag.
So the "A" student would loosen the pinch clamp on the spindle down where the steering column goes through the firewall and pull up the column and recenter the steering wheel with the tires straight ahead. If your column replacement was done by a shop, it is not unreasonable to ask them to fix it. However, unless you watch them, they will probably just pull the steering wheel and remount it straight ahead, the "C" student approach. My guess is that since you're not that far off center, you could do the same thing and never have a problem with the airbag spool. Unscrew the airbag from the back(torx) and lift it off and unplug it(ignition off or battery unhooked so you don't turn on the airbag light or pop the bag). Then remove the nut behind the wheel, not you, the 22mm nut and pull off the wheel and recenter. Put airbag on and you're all set. If wheel is now cocked 90 degrees, I would recenter down at the ujoint to the rack.
