Guess I need to get a bigger hammer! (I've already been lubing up the sliding part of the yoke to no avail.) Will give it a try.
The calipers on pre-1988 900s are about the worst I've ever had to deal with, and I've been doing it since purchasing my first 900 in 1985. Have lost count of the number of times I've had to swap out frozen, dragging, or otherwise malfunctioning calipers. They need to be serviced much more frequently than any other car that I or anyone I know has owned.
Starting to wish I'd held out for an '88 model or newer to get out from under this frequent ordeal. (Then again I should count my blessings, at least the thing doesn't have a $2000 master cylinder like the ABS models!!)
