For Turbo cars is ACEA A3/B3 oil. This rules out conventional oil and almost all XW-30 oils. If you are concerned about a fully synthetic oil doing in the seals (this is a bit of folk wisdom that has been denied by synthetic oil manufacturers but supported by plenty of anecdotal evidence), there are synthetic blend 10W40 oils out there (such as Valvoline) that are ACEA A3/B3 rated.
The logic behind the A3/B3 rating is to have an oil which maintains higher viscosity inside the bearings and which is resistant to oxidation and shearing down with use. A3/B3 requires that the oil "stay in grade" throughout the ACEA tests. API tests adn ACEA A2/B2 and A1/B1 allow a measurer of thickening or thinning during the tests ... you want to avoid this.
All this presupposes that the engine is basically in good shape, not burning oil and not leaking. It also presupposes that you are living in a region with normal for North America temperatures. If it's burning some and you're in the South, you could easily use a 15W or 20W from March to November to reduce oil consumption.
