While your 90 does not have the older style pump assembly with pre-pump, it might do better with another gallon of gas. Then with the ignition off connect a wire between fuse 27 and 30. The fuel pump should run and pump fuel to the injectors. If not, your pump went out(they get hot when dry).
There is a chance that something else is wrong...if the tach needle doesn't bounce a bit when you crank, the ignition is not right. Verify by checking for spark at one of the plug wires. If the tach does bounce, the Hall Effect and ignition module should be OK so that the ECU will receive a signal to run the pump.
