I agree, they are great tires.
I just posted a little note about ball joints. I think you're getting to the point that, if you're a DIY'er, you might replace the front ball joints. It MIGHT fix this issue, and if it doesn't, you will have eliminated a variable AND made your 11 year old 900 feel like it did when it was new.
Suggest your search on Ball Joints and read up on them.
JohnK's advice is appropriate, also. It's possible you have a slight bent wheel, also that you have a tie rod end going on your steering rack.
Great thing about the ball joints and tie rod ends is they are american OEM parts and are not expensive. Not too bad to put on, if you've got the stuff. If not, an accomplished Saab mech should be able to do in in about an hour for each wheel, I would hope.
DON'T take it to an unknown front end shop for an alignment!!!
