the impact wrench was "chicago" brand. Most of the tools at Harbour freight seem to be named after an industrial city - the impact sockets I bought were "Pittsburgh" brand. I didn't look, but I'd guess there is no "San Francisco" screwdriver set :)
I used the impact wrench on the harmonic balancer bolt, it worked just fine with the axle nut socket I found in my toolbox. I'm not sure that the HB bolt is 32mm, but it was close enough to work for me.
