I'd start with Bob's suggestion - tighten clamps. Clamps can get loose over time. Since there are no coolant lines near the rear mud flap, that coolant is traveling a long way.
With a cold engine, take a screwdriver or nutdriver and tighen up all the hose clamps you see. No need to crush them, just a little. I'll bet you find some that can take a turn or even two. Wipe the hose around each clamp with a towel to see if any are wet. After tightening, go back a day or two later and see if they're still wet.
Even after tightening the clamps, it may take a day or two before the 'leak' stops. That's because even if you stop the leak at the clamp, that coolant is still traveling backwards.
If that doesn't do it, keep an eye out for whitish or greenish powder at hoses, clamps, fittings, and around the radiator. Check the driver's side footwell (heater valve leaks show up here).
Good luck!
