I'll bet it's the AMM. Best way to check is to swap in a good one.
If your idle is perfectly steady, the O2 sensor is probably shot. If idle gose up and down by a "tach needle's width," O2 sensor is working well enough not to trigger a CE light.
Check FPR by checking that the vacuum/pressure hose holds vacuum so that the diaphram isn't leaking. If gas odor or liquid is evident at hose to intake, fpr is bad and you don't have to suck on the hose to check diaphram :-))
