My future projects(not in this order) when I get the rebuilt tranny and '91T engine and rims and tires paid off is to have my mech rebuild my APC for more boost that holds with different fuel pressure reg etc.
Paint job.
Airflow body kit. I saw this fiberglass one on the internet that looked really good like the stock airflow kit.
Tinted windows.
Rear wheel bearings.
Batt, alter and oil pressure guages.
Headliner.
New floor mats.
Get air scoop hooked up for ram air effect.
I guess those are the main projects.
Here's whats been done:
KB88900TC
'91T engine with Mitsu turbo(185hp).
Rebuilt 5-speed with big pinion.
Koni shocks.
Ronal RT rims with Toyo Proxes FZ-4s.
Indiglo instrument clusters(work great!)
Big stereo.
New front wheel bearings, power steering rack, CV boot, Saab 9000 alter, brake master, clutch, heavy load springs in rear with spring spacers, Yakima rack, Optima Yellow Top, hoodscoop, sheepskins, heat vent for right hand on steering wheel.
I'm addicted to fixing up this car. Someday it will be nice enough to show at events. Money and two kids is slowing that down a lot but the car is very sound for now and is great to drive and we use it for camping and as a truck when I bolt a pallet to the roof rack and put the heavy load springs to work.
I like having a older classic that I can gradually upgrade and fix up making it into a unique badass ride that turns heads.
Maybe I will see you at a Saab convention(NWSOC).
Good chatitng with you.
Best, KB.
