Bad tie-rod ends and shot control arm bushings can cause this, but I have a hunch that the shop checked this and these might be good. Still worth a double check.
Jimbolina's idea about bent rear axle is a likely suspect. While detecting a bent axle is not obvious, the panhard rod will almost certainly be bent, too, if the rear axle is bent due to an impact on the right rear wheel. Look under the rear above the axle for a diagonal transverse rod. This rod should be perfectly straight. If it's not straight, you need to replace the rear axle and the panhard rod.
While you're down there, grab the panhard rod to check for loose mounting bolts or shot bushings. If the impact was on the left rear tire, the panhard rod can be straight, but the mounting point may be bent. Sometimes you can detect a bent rear axle by eyeballing the rear wheel track versus the fender edges. If the track is cocked to one side, the axle is probably bent.
I have replaced 3 rear axles and the only tricky part is the brake lines, which must be detached and plugged under the rear seat. When looking for a used axle make sure the hubs match your car.
