While the oil line would not be my first checkpoint, i don't think cleaning them is practical. You would need a very small brush/router tool and have to soak it in solvent for ages. A new one is about $70 and it's a royal pain to replace.
I would check for vacuum leaks with a propane torch(unlit). Direct it at every section of the intake and all hoses. idle will speed up if a leak is located. Could be a leaky injector or intake manifold gasket. Another funny noise maker is the small vacuum hose from the valve cover to the intake manifold.
