Is it damp there as well as being cool? Are the spark plug wires recent or old? If they're old, you may want to change them. Same with the cap and rotor.
Check to see if you're getting spark. Pull the fuel pump fuse (I forget which number it is) so you don't keep pumping gas through the injectors. Then pull a plug wire, put it on a screwdriver, hold the metal part of the screwdriver next to the valve cover and have someone try to start the engine.
If you're getting spark at the plug end of the plug wires, I'd suspect a bad fuel pressure regulator.
