I have a 92 turbo convertible and my sister has a 93. The rear seat to access the fuse area which is located on the drivers side can be lifted up. I do not know what the other comments are about bolts are because there are none. I noticed that both comments came from 80's era convertibles. If you grab the front edge of the back seat and lift up with a jerk, it will release. There is a seat belt warning wire that needs to be disconected, but otherwise the seat slides out after that point. No tools are needed to take out the lower part of the back seat.
