All hoses associated with cruise control (1,2 and 3 under dash) is on its own circuit and will not interfere with boost control.
The "turbo over boost cut off switch" have three electrical connections but only two wires connected to it. If your car starts and run, you have them connected at the right place.
That switch have a tendency to break and create a hissing noise under boost. That vacuum/pressure leak though will not interfere that much with total/max boost.
The SPG doesn't use EXH light. It was used on the 8V engine as a service reminder when to replace Oxygen sensor and perform major service (every 30K miles).
