if you loaded the quickcrete at the end of the trunk, closest to the bumper, then it's going to make the car sag more than it might because it's behind the axle & exerting leverage. also, a 196/65-15 is going to be slightly larger than stock. not a huge difference here, but a difference nonetheless.
as for springs, with time, they can sag ('specially the older c900s). however, while their ability to hold up a given weight deteriorates, the spring rate *does not* (rate is a function of spring material length, coil thickness, and material only). cheapest fix is to shim the upper spring perches with plywood, delrin (white cutting board) or some other hard material.
personally, i would load future quickcrete purchases toward the center of the vehicle, as close to the seatback as possible. might even put the seat down.
stiffer springs in the rear can make the car more prone to oversteer at the limit/during emergency moves.
below pic shows common old saab butt droop. car has (short) 205/50s, but even with stock tires, car looks like the front end wants to pop up...
