Could be a leak at the windshield seal or maybe a clogged front sunroof drain. Get some clear windshield sealant and run a bead/work in to the edge of the seal. Look for any tiny gaps and seal these well. Also check for open holes or missing/displaced grommets in firewall, such as the steering column boot. Ther is a chance that water runs down the firewall and gets in there.
For sunroof, slide sunroof back and pour some water into the drain in the front corner. The water should drain right out. If not you can blow out the clog with some compressed air or carefully work a flexible wire down the hole. Many have had trouble with the wire method because a stiff wire can tear the hose, and will say no to this method. However, I have had no trouble cleaning the drains with a flexible length of 14-16 gauge wire.
Rear drains are cleaned from the outlets behind the body side louvered vents. The top of the drain is not accessible unless you drop the sunroof.
If the rear floors are also wet the rear drains are suspect as are the rear window seals. Just push the window seals back into place.
