I use a clear plastic hose of the diameter size that will fit snugly over the slave master cylinder bleed nipple. As for the container that will be suspended above the engine (the higher it is, the faster the fluid flows through the system), I find that a plastic funnel works perfectly. Naturally, the funnel spout end will have to be of a size so that the plastic hose fits snugly inside it. With the hose filled with fresh fluid when you first crack open the nipple, air may be seen to rise. So long as the brake/clutch fluid reservoir cap is loosened, fluid will travel through the system and raise the level of the reservoir. It is a good idea beforehand to syphon a good bit of the old fluid out of the reservoir, as it will eventually fill and overflow. This reverse flow will remove and replace most of the air within the mc so that it will function. Then with the hose connected to the slave, the nipple open and fluid rising within the reservoir, by slowly pumping the clutch pedal a few times fully down and up, fluid will freely course in and out of the system - out the slave nipple, then back through the nipple, as well as in and out of the clutch master cylinder. This movement causes any remaining air within the system to rise up either out the slave end, or up to the clutch mc. Those small bubbles of air (if any) that make it up to the clutch mc are then removed naturally with the regular movement of the pedal. Another method to dislodge air from the slave - while the reservoir is full and fluid is in the hose connected to the slave nipple, open the nipple, push the pedal to the floor, causing fluid (and any air) to be forced out the nipple, then with the pedal still to the floor (I use a piece of wood of the right length to hold it there), you close the slave nipple, then allow the pedal to move back to the top position, this flushes and fills the interior of the clutch mc with fresh fluid from the reservoir. Do that a few times and any air within the slave will be removed. You'll see air rising in the hose. If no bubbles, then you have an air free slave end.
