That sounds like alot of metal to me. Probably hasn't been changed in a long long time, if ever. With 200,000 miles it's hard to say when she'll go, but if it were mine, I'd start changing it every 20k or so. Lots of posts on tranny oil also, do search. If its made it 200k miles, I'd put fresh 10w30 (assuming that's what was in it) in and drive on. I just changed mine last week afetr 20k miles and although my tranny has a filter/magnet setup with no drain plug, I cleaned probably less that half a cc of metal off the magnet and filter combined.
