Synchro dust.
You're probably getting bronze particles that didn't flush out the first time. If it's not noisy or shifting harshly, you should be OK.
When I changed out the oil in the transmission in my '89 a couple of years ago, it had the bronze swirl like you see in those model plane paints. The second time I changed it a couple of weeks later there was a lot less. The third time I changed it, there wasn't any to speak of. the transmission is still going and hasn't really changed how it shifts or gotten significantly noisier. (I'm still going to swap it out just in case.)
You may want to change the oil again to get out some more of the particulates.
