i had the same problem, bled the system numerous times, had no fluid leak out the bottom, and yet the slave was in fact bad. not sure why i didn't get fluid leak at slave...
it's not uncommon that a new master blows the old slave, or vice versa.
i think you are looking at a new slave to solve the problem.
make it worthwhile and do a clutch job at the same time. if u do, check to see if rear seal is leaking and change it out if it is. also, input shaft bearing and flywheel bearing may be in order.
oh, and get the slave cyl out of there before it fails completely, or you will have to cut it out (and that can be ugly depending on what tools you have or don't have).
