I can vouch for the fact that my customers are a sordid lot of charlatans & miscreants, that often cheat their customers out of their hard earned pay with unneeded repairs using inferior parts.
We deal with brakes, shocks and exhaust systems primarily. These are items that these schmos don't need expensive equipment to fix, and they are barely able to do these tasks correctly. Thes repairs are the biggest rip-offs in the automotive industry, and can usually be done by the car owner as well as most repair shops.
I will not trust ANY car I own to one of my "valued" customers
