i am still trying like hell to cure my voltage drop issues. but my battery is in the trunk and i think it only exacerbates the problem.

but here are a few things i tried.
- make sure the ground wire from the alternator to the engine is solid and connected well. there are heavier gauge replacements available from saab.
- radiator cross member ground point. remove the wires, clean them up and the chassis with sandpaper and reattach. this corrected a few 0.1 volts of my issue.
- i have even gone as far as getting a 2nd dist block run off the battery up to the pass footwell with 4 gauge wire. i use it solely for the ecu power supply. i still get voltage drop when headlights, fogs, brakes, etc. are energized. 14.5 volt when the engine is cool and everything off. when engine warms up, voltage drops to 13.0 when light etc. are turned on. it is really giving me a headache.

if the above don't work for you, let me know if you figure something out. i am at about at the end short of rewiring the entire engine bay...
