The shift collar pin is fairly simple to remedy. About the clutch pedal - can't say for sure, but that sounds like a part of the clutch pedal mounting mechanism broke, and nothing having to do with the clutch master cylinder or clutch function. That's the best case scenario. Perhaps an attaching pivot pin just needs to be reinserted underneath where the pedal is attached. Could be that the entire clutch pedal mounting bracket needs replacement, still a rather straight forward job. If you had a rupture of the clutch fluid pressure line, there would be a puddle of fluid under the car where it was at the time, plus the brake/clutch fluid reservior will be empty.
