Be sure to check the voltage with the O2 sensor CONNECTED. As was pointed out to me recently, the Bentley manual is wrong on this point.
You might also try retarding the timing by a few degrees, assuming yours is one of the older 900s with the hall effect sensor in the distributor rather than the crankshaft.
