Idle probably unrelated since ABS has no vacuum hookups. Only possible way for ABS to cause idle drop would be if your ABS motor is coming on whenever you hit the brakes and the ABS motor is very tired so tht it puts a huge load on alternator to load the engine...pretty far fetched.
The first thing I would do is check your brake fluid level and make sure it is right at max with engine off overnight.
Don't jump at the brake bomb until you test it. Here's how. With engine idling and car sitting in the driveway, rapidly hit the brakes many times. If the warning lights come on after 5 pumps, the brake bomb is tired. When new, they will take 12-14 pumps before the lights come on. In mid life the lights will come on after 7-9 pumps.
