Sorry, the seepage is at the connection from the fuel rail. The connection from the regulator to the short rubber connection to the fuel rail. Its at the compression fitting. I've been under the hood almost daily for the last two months and this is the first time I've noticed the fuel seepage. The diaphram is evedently good. The way I figure it I was pulling about half the vacuum that I do now which allowed more pressure to the injectors. Now with a 20 year old regulator which spent the last two years just sitting and probably rusting, the new high vacuum level could be causing my lean condition. At least I hope that's it.
That decaying O2 sensor output still has me baffled. I guess I'll keep "trying to start the engine with the AMM disconnected" in the back of my mind for trouble shooting in the future.
