What would be the ideal way to flush my tranny? I have 10W30 oil in there now and I want to goto the Honda MTF. I realize I'll need to do this twice to get all the oil out but I'm wondering how long do I leave the mix of old/new before I change out again. Should I run around the block or just go thought the gears?? Or is this something I can leave in for 500 miles and then pull it??
