boost. The good news is that your turbo is working. The bad news is that your APC system is not. Probably minor. Do you hear one click from your APC solenoid when you turn the ignition to the on position (one notch away from the crank position?) Check out the FAQ for base boost & the Townsend Import site for diagnostic work. The hose from your turbo to the APC solenoid is all pressure. The hose from the APC solenoid to the IC is monitored by the pressure sensor under your dash & send info to your APC box. The hose from your APC solenoid to your waste gate opens or closes the waste gate (with pressure) based upon the APC boxes directive or electric current to the APC solenoid.
