You are right, that signal is of course a pressure signal. I mistook the intake tube for an IC tube (and I'm used to boost control coming off of an IC pipe as on my other car.) I connected a MBC I had laying around (ball valve type) and so far I'm happy with the results. The car is pretty quick! Boosting a bit into the red in 3rd, less in the lower gears. I had it set a bit higher but the fuel cut hit when I got it wound up in 3rd. That was a suprise.
'Course now I notice that the heater core is not hooked up. I suppose it is leaking, or the heater valve is. Too bad, I was hoping to have some heat.
