unless its really smashed. The c900 front fender is welded on and one piece from the behind the bumper to the door. Lots of cutting and grinding to remove, and then welding to replace. A good metal-worker can often push and pull out the metal behind the bumper extension to remount it properly and often the painted area above the extension is OK without paintwork.
