The panels are attached to the car with 2-piece aluminum rails. One rail is attached to the panel and one rail is attached to the body. If you look at the panels you will see that there are screws and/or bolts holding the panel in place. Except for the door panels, if you remove the screws & bolts the panel should slide forward or back and disengage. Start with the bumper extensions, and also remove the wheel arch trim. There can be grit & dirt in there holding the rails together too. The door panels are riveted along the lower edge. Drill or chisel out the rivets, then slide the panel off. The rails can then be removed from the body and you're ready to go. One of the bumper extensions on my SPG has the rails glued together (by PO) with silicone (the plastic attaching points were broken) so to get it off I have to remove the trim strip and unscrew the panel from the rail.
