Well, there wasn't a problem with the fuel delivery system prior to removing the old engine, so I have no reason to believe there is a problem now, other than the mystery as to why I have no pressure at the injectors while there's ample pressure for the cold start valve. Later this afternoon I'm going to do the fuel pump relay jumper method and raise the air flow sensor manually while the injector tips are visible.
As far as the engine mounts go, for the front mount I had to swap primary gear face-plates to accomodate the chassis mount hardware. The difference between the two years (82 and 88) were evident inside the housing. The 88 had an updated bearing at the end of the lower gear which was supported by the front plate. That had to be removed from the gear axle in order for the old plate to fit on the newer. The left side dropped into the old mount chassis holes effortlessly. The right side was a problem, however. Not only is the rubber decayed, but the mount bolt studs on the bottom didn't match with the chassis. I had to remove the mount and cut off one of two bolt studs so it would slip into the chassis. Soon as I get this thing running I'm getting a right side mount replacement.
