You've got to call them. I'm 95% sure that is the site. When I ordered mine they didn't have it on the site, but it is definitely German Happich. I've seen both, and I know the difference. If you give them a call and it's not them let me know. I will do some research and find the place that I did get my top from. The guy even mentioned that a lot of places buy their tops for resale from them. The top that I got is very high quality, and it fits very well. The crossmembers are pretty pronounced on my car, but my top is on as tight as I could get it without causing problems. I don't know what your definition of boney is. I will say this, I really like the look of the Happich vs. Stayfast. It just looks like it's much higher quality and it's so much thicker looking. And, even though you don't see it, it has the nice pattern on the underside.
Another quick thought on replacement-be careful removing the headliner at the front. It can be a real pain and you don't want to bend it all up.
Also, you might have some serious issues getting some screws out of the rear aluminum strip. Make sure you have the right size screwdriver.
